  • Monday: Jellof Rice and Chicken
  • Tuesday: Macaroni and Fish
  • Wednesday: Boiled Potato and Egg Suace
  • Thursday: Fried Plantain and Sausage
  • Friday: Peanut Butter Sandwich

Week 3

  • Monday: Noddles and Chicken Franks
  • Tuesday: Fried Rice
  • Wednesday: Boiled Plantain and Stew
  • Thursday: Yam and Egg Sauce
  • Friday: Irish Potato and Minced meat Sauce.

Week 4

  • Friday: Vanilla cupcake and Juice.

Always try to add a fruit to your children’s daily meal. Its nice to make them get used to having a fruit everyday.
